Working on all forms of tucks (round off BHS tuck, standing tucks, standing 1 or 2 to tuck, punch front, FHS front, aerials, jumps to standing).
Skills required: Standing 3 BHS, running specialty to round off BHS (FWO through/bounder through/round off multiple BHS)
